Lovely day to be on the road. Border crossing line-up was three cars long, a one minute conversation with the border guard, and on we went. Hit the new Walmart (sorry, Cindy) on #2 in Grand Forks to stock up on american groceries, gassed up ($2.49) and continued south. I was shooting for Watertown, SD tonight, but for some reason, Nancy insisted we stop for the night at the inevitable Dakota Magic Casino. Filled the Bigfoot again (again $2.49) for a fresh start in the morning. Still not sure about tomorrow's route. Uncle Murray (who knows), cautioned against my route through Denver, lots and lots of traffic, says he. Guess we shall see what inspiration the morning brings. New CRV towd tows just fine.
522 Km.
