April 7th - So it goes

We were planning on hitting the road, north to Hawthorne, NV, in the morning, however there are severe wind warnings both today and tomorrow.

So we checked with the KOA and they are holding a spot for us Saturday night.  Our friends are on the waiting list, but the Park anticipates cancellations as people hunker down from the winds where they are.  We will make the go/no go call in the morning, but the forecast looks pretty solid.  Some areas call for gusts to 65 mph (105 km/hr)  Better to be parked and wishing you were on the road, than on the road wishing you were parked (especially with power, water, sewer, wifi and cable TV).
