We had a great visit with friends from home yesterday. They are staying in Phoenix for a week and drove out to see us.
Today, we drove to Camp Verde in a few hours and are camped for 2 nights at Distant Drums RV Resort. The resort is owned and operated by the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
The drive through Phoenix was not bad except for one nimnull pulling a big white trailer. The trailer was tracking into our lane as he passed and rubbed our mirror. I didn't get his photo.
