February 12 - supper at La Piña Loca restaurante

It was a busy start to the day walking into town to shop for accessories for the upcoming Valentine's Day Redneck pig roast, followed by our Spanish lesson and then aquacises in the pool.  We had the CRV washed by Marteen after our trek yesterday down some dusty roads (80 pesos) inside and out so it would look good for an evening out with family and friends.

We went to Steffany's for a happy hour before dinner.  Then Cam & Al drove to the Decameron hotel to pick up more of our party while the rest of us walked to the restaurant.  The Piña Loca was very busy but the service and food were great.

There was a band playing called Canuck Country.  We will definitely be going back to try more of the menu items.   A great evening.

I forgot to mention another new bird - the Altamira Oriole.
