Park Services

It was still a little windy this morning and a few people had some minor damage to their awnings or canopy.  We were glad we had taken down our sunscreens, awning, and lowered the rear gazebo.  We slept soundly without listening for high winds.

There are a lot of services offered in the park.  There is a fellow who works on RVs living in the park right now while he goes through a long list of RVs fixing a variety of problems from ovens, TV, roof issues, etc.  There is water delivery, plant delivery, Spanish classes, laundry service, masons building kitchens and fixing patios, and iron workers building canopies.  At the big palapa you can get a manicure, pedicure, haircut, facial, massage or bring clothes to the seamstress.  You can get maid service or someone to come in daily or even 24 hours to assist older, sick or disabled persons. You can have your entire rig and car washed, waxed, buffed or even painted.  I had 5 mats and a 5 x 6 rug beautifully cleaned for 61 pesos.  Also sent out Kirk's dog beds.

Someone is having their rig painted.

I went to the market in the park and bought some carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms and limes.  The truck comes in every Saturday and Tuesday.  The bread truck also comes in on the same days.

Oranges, grapefruit, cantaloupe, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, beer, etc

Radishes, cilantro, onions, mangos, dried fruits, juice, eggs, etc

Wine, liquor, coconut milk, mixes

Yogurt, bread, vanilla, tortillas, milk, granola, etc

Saw this poor beauty today

If it isn't available in the park, you can usually have it delivered.   We decided to order in pizza from Aloha pizza.  It takes a half hour to get it.  A medium loaded pizza for 120 pesos which was large enough to have leftovers.  If a restaurant doesn't have delivery you can have a guy on a motorcycle pick it up, pay for it and bring it to you for 20 or 30 pesos.
