Lagos de Moreno - updated

We left the campground around 8:30 a.m. and drove on the Macrolibramiento Guadalajara.  It was a pleasure not having to go anywhere near Guadalajara.  The highway was great and the scenery quite beautiful.  Some of the photos aren't perfect but I want to give you an idea of the landscape and vegetation.

Guadalajara under the clouds (or smog?) in the far distance.

Gorgeous flowering trees

Traffic was light with occasional trucks

A fair amount of agriculture and very green.

We arrived at Parque Acuatico Kikapu RV Park in the early afternoon.  There were lineups to get in however the way was clear into the RV park and we drove right through it all.  It was a holiday and families were enjoying the waterpark.  Park staff remembered us from the Fall especially the lady also named Nancy.

Park gate with people lined up on the left, we drove in on the right.

There were 5 pools all were standing room only, yikes.

Tilapia fast food stand
