Taco Tuesday

So Taco Tuesday is supposed to start at 5 p.m. but this is Mexico, only a gringo would think it actually started at 5.  After all,  it's not 5 p.m. somewhere.

My favourite is Cajeta sauce made of honey and goat milk

Topped with banana, strawberries and peaches

All washed down with free margaritas.  We sat with our neighbours who sailed a 42 foot, 20 ton  sailboat for 20 years and 14 years of that with a cat they picked up in St Martin.  Then last year decided at 75 yrs of age it was time to buy an Escape trailer and travel by land.  You meet the most interesting people here.  They now have a cat called Gordita who is the spitting image of our Chililò.  With Dave's black cat a few doors down we will need to rename the street El Gato Negro Calle.
