November 5 - a little Flora and Fauna

Another day of tasks.  Put on the awning tie downs, get Tacho to hacksaw off the ugly end of our hummingbird feeder pipe, spray the ants, drink mango smoothies, watch the ocean, spray the ants, charge the LED  light strings for the gazebo to make sure they work before we put them up, spray the ants, dig out the hanging lamp, go out to Teriyaki Time for Thai.

Ramone delivered a large bottled water to our site as apparently the water pipe system is getting a little old and "those who know” have advised it is better to buy the purified water.  It is cheap.  We will have to go to the Ferretaria (hardware store) and get a stand.

The Broad-billed hummingbird and Ruby-throated arrived at our feeder today.  White ibises have been landing in the trees near us before heading for the lagoon.  The Black-crowned Night herons croak at dusk as they fly out of the lagoon to feed.

It will rain tonight and the humidity is sky high.
