November 6 - high humidity

Last night we had rain, quite a downpour at times.   Thunder and lightning mixed with the Saturday night Mex music coming from somewhere in town.  Low cloud so some opportunist had about 6 spotlights dancing across the sky in a circular dance.

The day dawned bright and sunny with that post rain humidity and the smell of wet vegetation.

We worked on drilling cement screws in to tie down our gazebo, visited the Ferreteria (hardware store) for a new drill bit and more ant spray.  This spray also works on arañas (spiders) so bonus!  We picked up some Mexican ice cream, very good, I think they might still use real cream.

By noon we were at the pool then siesta on our patio.  Tonight was Hamburger night at the pool so no need to cook.

The Orchard orioles, Altamira orioles and Hooded orioles have all descended on our feeders.

I have been told that we need to put photos of the every day stuff around town and the park into the blog.  That is good as I never know what to take photos of for the blog.
