One last time into Guadalajara

We made another run into Guadalajara this morning to pick up our friend's repaired truck.  We hit it lucky, and traffic was almost light, especially driving out of the city.

We drove through some middle class neighbourhoods on our way out.

Then it was back to Roca Azul to hang out for the afternoon.

Lake Chapala is the largest freshwater lake in Mexico, at 420 sq. miles, but the average depth is only 15 feet.  The elevation is 1,524 metres, or 5,000 ft.

It was so nice at the lakefront that we sat there until the cows came home.

Then it was back to the campsite for supper and a sit around the fire.

Meanwhile, back home
